智通财经APP讯，保集健康(01246)公布，于2026年2月13日，公司接获联交所发出的函件，当中载述联交所上市委员会已决定根据上市规则第 6.01A(1)条取消股份的上市地位，原因是上市委员会认为公司并未于2026年1月24日前达成所有复牌指引及并无于联交所恢复股份买卖。特别是，在复牌指引中，联交所认为公司未能证明符合上市规则第13.24条(复牌指引3)、证明管理层诚信(复牌指引5)、内部控制审查(复牌指引6)及披露所有重要资料(复牌指引8)。
公司于审阅该决定并与其专业顾问讨论后，已于2026年2月27日提交要求以将该决定提请上市复核委员会复核。 公司股份继续停牌。
