智通财经APP讯，乐舱物流(02490)发布公告，于2026年2月27日，本公司与上海外高桥(上海外高桥造船有限公司)及中船贸易(中国船舶工业贸易有限公司)订立2026年造船协议，上海外高桥及中船贸易须按照2026年造船协议中详述的规格建造、下水、装备和完成已收购船舶(2026年造船协议项下预期将建造的两艘船号分别为H1664及H1665的大型集装箱船舶，每艘运力为11000TEU)，并在完成及试航后向本公司出售及交付已收购船舶。
鉴于本集团经营深海航线的经验，董事相信已收购船舶将能够补充现有船队并使本集团能够大幅降低每TEU销售成本、向客户提供具竞争力的价格并在当前波动的市场状况下提高可持续性。当跨境物流服务需求旺盛时，本集团可能会部署已收购船舶在多条主要航线，以提供自营跨境物流服务。当市况出现波动时，由于已收购船舶具有良好的适应性及规模经济，本集团可能会考虑租出已收购船舶以维持稳定的盈利能力。
