ChainCatcher 消息，Worldcoin 背后开发团队 Tools for Humanity（TFH）正与 Gap、Visa 及 Tinder 展开合作，推动其“World ID”人类身份验证产品落地应用。
报道称，旧金山部分 Gap 门店已部署“Orb”设备，为用户采集面部及虹膜信息以生成 World ID。与此同时，TFH 计划推出与 Visa 相关的支付卡，使持有 World ID 的用户可使用数字资产进行消费。约会应用 Tinder 亦在日本测试该身份系统，以验证用户为真实个人且年龄信息准确。
TFH 表示，Orb 设备会将面部与虹膜图像转换为匿名数字标识并存储于用户设备端，公司本身不保留原始生物识别数据。其商业模式拟通过向应用收取验证服务费用实现收入。
