新浪科技讯 2月26日上午消息，携程集团宣布一系列董事变动，自2026年2月25日起生效。 

　　范敏已辞任本公司董事兼总裁职务，季琦已辞任本公司董事职务。

　　与此同时，公司宣布任命吴亦泓女士及萧杨女士为新任独立董事。

　　据悉，1999年，梁建章、沈南鹏、范敏与季琦共同创立携程旅行网。

　　季琦，毕业于上海交通大学工程力学系，获学士学位，后获该校机械工程硕士学位。创业初期，他主导了携程的团队搭建与业务模式探索，将携程从初创公司发展为在线旅游服务平台。作为创始人会议的核心成员，他参与确立了携程的运营方向，后于2002年离开携程开启新的创业项目。这段经历为其后续创立如家、汉庭奠定了实践基础。

　　范敏曾获得上海交通大学管理学硕士学位并曾到瑞士洛桑酒店管理学校作访问培训。2000年2月-2013年2月21日携程计算机技术（上海）有限公司，历任执行副总裁、首席运营官、首席执行官等职务。2013年2月21日，由于梁建章的回归，范敏退任携程总裁。
