智通财经APP讯，天图投资(01973)发布公告，2025年12月1日及2026年2月2日深圳市天图投资管理股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)分别召开了第四届董事会第四次会议、2016年第一次临时股东会审议通过了《公司关于出售项目股权的议案》。根据《股权出售与购买协议》，公司将子公司深圳兴启投资企业(有限合伙)、深圳天图兴鹏大消费产业股权投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)投资持有的优诺乳业有限公司股权全部出售给昆山诺源睿源管理咨询有限公司，对价8.14亿元人民币;由公司管理但并无综合纳入公司财务报表的主体亦出售于优诺乳业有限公司的全部权益，对价为7.51亿元人民币，上述成交价格合计为15.65亿元人民币。 截至2026年2月24日，交易各方已完成上述交易交割，优诺乳业有限公司已完成有关工商变更登记，公司已按照协议约定收到本次项目股权全部转让款。 本次交易完成后，公司将不再持有优诺乳业有限公司的任何股权，且其将不再于公司的综合财务报表中列为交易性金融资产。
