新浪科技讯 2月25日下午消息，据市场消息，阶跃星辰据悉计划在港股IPO。截至发稿，公司并未回应前述消息。

　　近期，阶跃星辰宣布完成B+轮融资，获得50亿元融资，刷新大模型赛道过去12个月单笔融资纪录。伴随融资结果披露，公司也出现多则重要人事变动，A股上市公司重庆千里科技股份有限公司董事长印奇也同步出任公司董事长。

　　此外，荣耀前CEO赵明也宣布加盟千里科技董事会，并担任联席董事长职务。
