Growthpoint Properties Australia Posts Higher Fiscal H1 Funds From Operation, Higher Revenue; Updates Fiscal 2026 Outlook

Growthpoint Properties Australia (ASX:GOZ) reported Wednesday fiscal first-half funds from operation of AU$0.122 per stapled security, up from AU$0.118 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.09.

Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$169.1 million, compared with AU$168 million a year earlier.

The company said it expects fiscal-year 2026 funds from operation of AU$0.23 per stapled security to AU$0.265 per stapled security.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect AU$0.23 per stapled security.
