WiseTech Global Flags Around 2,000 Job Cuts in Fiscal 2026, 2027; Shares Jump 7%

WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) said its efficiency program will likely result in a reduction of around 2,000 roles in fiscal 2026 and into fiscal 2027, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The firm said the next phase of the program would start in the second half of fiscal 2026 and continue into fiscal 2027, expecting to reduce teams by up to 50% in terms of headcount, with initially the product and development and customer service teams across the company impacted.
WiseTech Global's shares rose nearly 7% in recent trading on Wednesday.
