　　当地时间2月24日，央视记者获悉，民主党领导人表示，与白宫就恢复国土安全部（DHS）运作的谈判已陷入僵局。该部门资金已于1月30日到期。

　　参议院民主党领袖舒默表示，民主党上周提出结束停摆的方案后，“只听到一片沉默”，称白宫在关键问题上“毫无让步”，包括要求联邦移民执法人员在执法时摘下面罩，并在进入住宅前取得搜查令。

　　众议院民主党领袖哈基姆·杰弗里斯表示，在这些问题未取得进展前，国土安全部拨款法案“不会向前推进”。他称，近期与白宫“几乎没有实质性沟通”。

　　白宫新闻秘书莱维特则表示，特朗普将在国情咨文中呼吁民主党重新为该部门拨款，并将此次停摆形容为“可耻”。她此前还称民主党提出的方案“毫无诚意”。目前双方均未公开各自提案内容。（央视记者 许骁）
