EBOS Group (ASX:EBO, NZE:EBO) reported Wednesday fiscal first-half underlying earnings of AU$0.614 per share, down from AU$0.675 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.61.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$6.77 billion, compared with AU$5.99 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$6.48 billion.
The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization guidance of AU$615 million to AU$635 million.
The board declared an interim dividend of NZ$0.57 per share, unchanged from the prior corresponding period, payable March 27 to shareholders on record as of March 6.
