智通财经APP讯，辰罡科技(08131)发布公告，集团预计于截至2025年11月30日止年度录得本公司拥有人应占溢利约550万港元，而截至2024年11月30日止年度则录得本公司拥有人应占亏损约780万港元。
董事会认为，预期截至2025年11月30日止年度的本公司拥有人应占未经审核综合溢利有所变动，乃主要归因于(i) 与截至2024年11月30日止年度相较，截至2025年11月30日止年度确认的收益增加至约4280万港元; (ii)与截至2024年11月30日止年度确认公平值亏损相较，截至2025年11月30日止年度确认公平值收益约370万港元;(iii) 与截至2024年11月30日止年度确认预期信贷亏损拨备相较，截至2025年11月30日止年度确认预期信贷亏损拨回约80万港元;及(iv) 截至2025年11月30日止年度，确认终止确认承付票的收益约360万港元。
