香港财政司司长陈茂波在2026-27财年财政预算案中表示，未来五年，香港会准备可供兴建约九万八千个私营房屋单位的土地。

　　来年卖地表包括九幅住宅用地，加上铁路物业发展、市区重建局（市建局）及私人发展和重建项目，预计全年的潜在土地供应可供兴建约二万二千多个单位。

　　陈茂波特别强调，用地的具体推售安排，会审慎参考市场和其他情况按季公布，让市场平稳发展。

　　商业用地方面，考虑到非住宅物业市场空置率、现时及未来供求情况，政府来年继续不推售一般商业用地。另外，港投公司将会与区域和国际长期资本合作，引导资金投向符合香港产业定位的优质商业物业项目，并把有关项目与目标行业的企业对接。

　　发展局正邀请市场就三幅发展专上教育学生宿舍的用地提交意向书，视乎市场反应推售相关土地。（新浪财经香港站）
