CDL Investments New Zealand Unit Secures Approval For 171-Lot Residential Subdivision At Havelock North

CDL Investments New Zealand (NZE:CDI) said its wholly-owned subsidiary CDL Land New Zealand received approval from the Expert Consenting Panel under the government's Fast-track Approvals Act for its 171-lot residential subdivision at Arataki Road, Havelock North, according to a Wednesday New Zealand bourse filing.
The approval is subject to the statutory 20 working day appeal period.
The firm plans to begin earthworks during the 2026 to 2027 construction season and to deliver the development in three stages over the coming years, CDL Land Chief Executive Officer Jason Adams said.
