　　2月24日，长风药业发布公告，本公司自主研发的吸入粉雾剂候选药物ICF004（产品）的新药临床试验（IND）申请（该申请）已获中国国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）受理。该申请的受理是本公司创新药研发进程中的重要里程碑，并进一步体现了本公司在复杂呼吸制剂及精准递送平台方面的转化潜力。

　　据了解，ICF004拟用于治疗进行性纤维化性间质性肺疾病（PF-ILD），该疾病领域覆盖特发性肺纤维化（IPF）及进行性肺纤维化（PPF）等严重威胁患者生存的适应症。锚定PF-ILD未满足需求，ICF004的研发逻辑立足于“疗效—耐受性”临床矛盾，在现有治疗基础上探索新的递送与作用路径，以期改善治疗窗口和患者获益。
