消息面上，通威股份公告称，公司正在筹划通过发行股份及支付现金的方式，购买青海丽豪清能股份有限公司100%股权。公开资料显示，青海丽豪硅料产能居业内第六。通威股份此次收购计划被认为是龙头企业在当前行业背景下主动推动硅料产能整合的标志性事件。
分析人士称，随着国家进一步严控新增产能、推动落后产能退出，从行业趋势来看，未来较长时间内国内多晶硅新增产能将受到严格限制。随着国家能耗标准的持续收紧，多晶硅产能的结构性调整已成必然。
