消息面上，近日，据顺丰同城官微消息，顺丰同城与顺丰速运携手推出楼宇机器人末端配送新业务，已率先在江西南昌标志性建筑之一南昌双子塔投入运营。双方聚焦商务楼宇等高层建筑的末端配送难点，通过“配送员+机器人”协同接力模式，破解传统末端配送难题，在提升履约效率的同时，也为消费者带来更优质的服务体验。
据介绍，此项服务将楼宇配送机器人投放在双子塔内顺丰速运服务中心，该中心除了快递站点属性，更致力于打造融合“智能寄递、特色经济”的一站式生活服务枢纽以及实现“购-寄-游-惠”闭环的活力空间。在楼宇配送机器人的加持下，进一步搭建起末端配送智慧服务生态，覆盖双子塔内餐饮外卖、即时零售、商务急件以及快递末端等配送全场景。
