　　特朗普还夸耀了其政府在降低多种处方药成本方面的工作，包括体外受精（IVF）药物的价格。作为总统降低体外受精药物价格努力的一部分，他还介绍了一对夫妇，他们的体外受精药物费用比之前降低了几千美元。

　　这位总统表示，其他总统在降低药价方面“光说不练”。

　　特朗普强调与制药公司达成的协议，将美国视为“最惠国”，并以更低价格提供药品。特朗普呼吁国会将他的最惠国计划编入法典。
