香港财政司司长陈茂波在2026-27财年财政预算案中表示，为丰富互联互通，香港会积极与内地研究加快落实在港推出国债期货、将房地产投资信托基金（房托基金）纳入互联互通、将人民币交易柜台纳入港股通，以及探索持续优化债券通。
人民币业务资金安排的总额度在月初倍增至二千亿元人民币，推动金融机构便利企业和客户在贸易及跨境业务等更广泛使用人民币；
推动人民币与其他区内货币实现更便捷的外汇报价及交易，减低交易成本；
定期发行不同年期的人民币债券，以丰富离岸人民币市场产品和完善离岸人民币债券收益率曲线；
联同业界积极拓展离岸人民币利率曲线的构建，研究强化短中期利率市场价格发现功能的具体措施；
吸引高质量发行人增加在香港发行人民币债券，开拓新兴市场，促使更多跨境人民币交易在港进行。（新浪财经香港站）
