ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，Focus AI 宣布完成对釜山数字资产交易所的收购余款支付。Focus AI 最终获得 40.61% 的股份，正式成为其最大股东并取得经营权。
釜山数字资产交易所是韩国首个 RWA 代币化交易所，目前支持金、银、铂等 7 种贵金属实物资产的 23 小时数字化交易。其参与的 KDX 联盟近期获得了韩国金融服务委员会（FSC）颁发的首个 STO 场外证券交易经纪业务初步许可。Focus AI 计划通过此次收购，将 AI、支付、稳定币及电子钱包技术相结合，构建 Web3 支付平台基础设施，并推动 RWA 和 STO 业务的发展。
