2月27日金融一线消息，中国太保发布公告，第十届董事会第二十次会议审议并通过了《关于聘任陈巍先生为中国太平洋保险（集团）股份有限公司首席合规官的议案》，同意聘任陈巍为该公司首席合规官，聘期至本届董事会届满。陈巍不再聘任为该公司合规负责人。
简历显示，陈巍，1967 年 4 月出生，现任中国太保合规负责人、首席风险官，太保产险董事，太保资产董事。陈巍曾任中国太保伦敦代表处首席代表，太保香港董事兼总经理，中国太保董事会秘书兼战略企划部总经理、审计总监、审计责任人、总审计师、行政总监，太保寿险董事会秘书，太保资产监事长，太平洋健康险总经理、董事等。陈巍拥有硕士学位，高级经济师、工程师职称，并拥有英国特许保险协会会员（ACII）资格。
