公司正进行全面重组

　　德国化工巨头巴斯夫第四季度重返净利润，得益于成本节约计划与组织精简。

　　这家化工企业周五表示，2026 年第四季度实现净利润5.6 亿欧元（合 6.608 亿美元），而去年同期为亏损7.86 亿欧元。该公司提供的市场一致预期显示，这一数据远超分析师预测的2.85 亿欧元。

　　当期销售额下降5.6%，至140.3 亿欧元，与分析师预估的 140.4 亿欧元基本持平。

　　公司目前正在进行全面重组，包括精简业务组合、出售非核心资产、分拆农业业务以及裁员。

　　巴斯夫同时确认了 2025 年初步数据：销售额596.6 亿欧元，同比下降2.9%；扣除特殊项目前的息税折旧摊销前利润下降9.5%，至65.5 亿欧元。

　　这家总部位于路德维希港的公司表示，已加速推进现有成本节约计划。截至 2025 年底，年度年化成本节约规模达到约17 亿欧元，较原目标增加1 亿欧元。

　　巴斯夫宣布维持每股2.25 欧元的股息。

　　2026 年，巴斯夫目标为：扣除特殊项目前息税折旧摊销前利润62 亿至 70 亿欧元，自由现金流15 亿至 23 亿欧元。
