智通财经APP讯，海螺环保(00587)公布，预期集团在2025财政年度取得的公司权益股东应占亏损约为人民币1.9亿元至2.7亿元之间，而2024年公司权益股东应占净利润约为人民币628万元。
公告称，预期业绩下滑主要由于：2025年集团加大市场拓展力度，固危废处置总量保持平稳，但市场整体延续激烈竞争态势，处置价格仍处于低位;(ii)新项目转固带来折旧摊销增加;(iii)部分客户回款周期延长，信用减值损失计提增加;(iv)水泥窑运转率持续下行，河南、山东、东北等部分项目产能发挥不足，集团已聘请评估师对部分项目进行减值测试，参考评估师的初步测算，预计2025财政年度须确认的相关资产减值拨备约为人民币7000万元至人民币1亿元。
