Singapore Land's Attributable Profit Drops 11% in H2 2025

Singapore Land's (SGX:U06) attributable profit to equity holders dropped by 11% in H2 2025 to SG$160.9 million from SG$180.5 million a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share excluding fair value gain/(loss) on investment properties rose to SG$0.096 compared with SG$0.093 in the year-ago period.
Total revenue was up 6% year over year to SG$414.9 million from SG$390.5 million, mainly due to higher revenue from property investments.
The land developer declared a first and final dividend of SG$0.045 per share for the period, unchanged from a year earlier.
