智通财经APP讯，万咖壹联(01762)发布公告，根据对本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度未经审核综合管理账目的初步审视，本集团预期于报告期间将录得：(i)收益约人民币40-44亿元，较截至2024年同期增幅约52.2%-67.5%;及(ii)溢利约人民币6000-6800万元，较2024年同期溢利人民币759.2万元，增幅约690.3%-795.7%。
报告期间本集团的收益大幅增长，主要来源于(a)本集团自主研发的AI商业化服务平台实现精准投放，投资回报率(ROI)提升带动广告主复投率增加，进而带动移动广告服务营业额稳步上升;(b)本集团海外业务持续突破，带动相关收入显着增加，本集团海外收入约人民币1.7-2.1亿元，较2024年同期海外收入人民币3,235.1万元，增幅约425.5%-549.1%;及(c)本集团非移动游戏分发类业务带来新增量。
本集团报告期间的纯利亦实现同步增长，主要得益于(a)营收规模持续扩大;(b)AI技术的策略应用有效降低本集团的运营成本，通过算法自动完成用户分析、投放优化、效果监测等流程，推动纯利持续增长。
