2月25日，惠而浦（600983）发布公告，公司的全资子公司惠而浦家电制品拟以3000万美元认购惠而浦集团发行的43万股普通股股票。
2021年5月要约收购完成后，惠而浦（中国）投资有限公司持有公司19.9%股份，成为公司第二大股东，惠而浦集团是惠而浦投资的实际控制人。因此惠而浦集团被认定为公司的关联人，此次交易构成关联交易。
根据公告，惠而浦家电制品或其全资子公司将以每股69美元的价格进行认购，此价格与惠而浦集团的公开发行价格一致。
截至2025年12月31日，惠而浦集团的财务数据显示，其资产总计为160.01亿美元，所有者权益为27.15亿美元，营业收入为155.24亿美元，净利润为3.41亿美元。
2025年前三季度，惠而浦实现收入32.97亿元，归母净利润3.17亿元。
