Samudera Shipping Line's Attributable Profit Slides 30% in H2 2025; Shares Down 3%

Samudera Shipping Line's (SGX:S56) profit attributable to owners dropped 30% in the second half of 2025 to $34.9 million from $50.0 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the integrated shipping and logistic company were down nearly 3% in Friday trading.
Revenue inched up 3.6% year over year to $320.2 million from $309.1 million.
The company proposed a special dividend of SG$0.044 per share and a final dividend of SG$0.0215 per share for 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2025.
