智通财经APP讯，御佳控股(03789)发布公告，黎雅明先生(黎先生)因其决定将更多时间投入其他工作安排，已提呈辞任独立非执行董事，自2026年2月28日起生效。
于黎先生辞任后，董事会欣然宣布，霍尚伟先生(霍先生)已获委任为独立非执行董事以替代黎先生，自2026年3月1日起生效。
上述变动后，黎先生已不再担任本公司薪酬委员会以及风险委员会各自的主席，以及本公司审核委员会、提名委员会及环境、社会及管治委员会各自的成员，自2026年2月28日起生效;而霍先生已获委任为本公司薪酬委员会及风险委员会各自的主席，以及本公司审核委员会、提名委员会及环境、社会及管治委员会各自的成员，自2026年3月1日起生效。
