　　新浪科技讯 2月27日下午消息，近日，领克Z20意外触发语音助手误关车辆大灯导致车祸一事引发关注，领克方面表示，已经第一时间完成了语音控制优化方案，后续在行驶状态下只能通过手动控制大灯关闭。

　　有媒体报道称，小鹏、极氪、深蓝也可以通过特定指令关闭大灯。有极氪和深蓝车主表示，在行车状态下，语音喊关闭所有灯光，会连大灯一起关了；有小鹏车主表示，用私人定制里的快捷指令可以关闭大灯。

　　极氪客服表示，为了避免夜间突然关闭车外灯光影响驾驶安全，EVA语音助手暂不支持一句话直接关闭全部灯光。车辆P挡静止时，支持驾驶员喊“关闭车外灯光”或“关闭大灯”指令关闭车外灯光。为了避免副驾或后排客在车内误输入关闭大灯的指令造成安全风险，语音关闭大灯指令只支持主驾位置控制，其他位置的指令自动忽略，并且不能进行设置。

　　小鹏客服表示，目前暂无相关功能，自动控制功能会因外部环境受限制，当无法正常使用时，请及时根据路况手动开启灯光。

　　深蓝客服则表示，暂时没有相关信息披露。
