智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)发布公告，本公司作为出租人与承租人北京神州汽车租赁有限公司于2026年2月27日(交易时段后)订立本次融资租赁合同，据此，(i)出租人同意以代价约人民币2.57亿元向承租人购买本次租赁物，及(ii)出租人同意向承租人出租本次租赁物，租赁期为60个月(本次交易)。
本次租赁物为本次融资租赁合同项下承租人所拥有的位于中国各地的若干车辆。
本次融资租赁合同乃由本公司于一般及日常业务过程中订立。订立本次融资租赁合同有益于增加本公司融资租赁业务收入，符合本公司业务发展策略。
