多维 Gas 机制将分阶段推进，首先在 Glamsterdam 中将“状态创建”成本与“执行和 calldata”成本分离，状态创建 Gas 不计入约 1600 万交易 Gas 上限。EVM 层面引入“reservoir”维度机制，默认优先消耗专用维度 Gas，不足时从 reservoir 消耗，后续将过渡到多维定价，不同维度可有不同浮动 Gas 价格。
