ChainCatcher 消息，美国哥伦比亚特区联邦检察官 Jeanine Pirro 宣布，诈骗中心打击部队对东南亚犯罪网络的加密货币冻结和查扣金额已超过 5.8 亿美元。
该部队成立于 2025 年 11 月，由美国司法部、FBI、特勤局及财政部等机构协调运作，主要打击在缅甸、柬埔寨和老挝等地运营“杀猪盘”骗局的跨国犯罪网络。Pirro 表示，其办公室将通过法律程序寻求没收相关资金并尽最大可能返还给受害者。
区块链分析平台 Cyvers 首席执行官 Deddy Lavid 对 Decrypt 表示，5.8 亿美元的查扣规模虽具操作意义，但在全球加密欺诈的大背景下仅占总活动的一小部分，该公司已识别出约 2.7 万个活跃犯罪团伙，涉及约 275 亿美元的欺诈敞口。
Pirro 将东南亚诈骗网络与中国有组织犯罪相关联，Lavid 则指出这些网络日趋去中心化，涉及多国运营者和跨境洗钱枢纽。
