智通财经APP讯，裕程物流(08489)发布公告，预期截至2025年12月31日止年度(2025财政年度)取得收益介乎约7.2亿港元至约7.3亿港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024财政年度)的收益约为10.58亿港元;及2025财政年度取得净亏损介乎约4300万港元至约4600万港元，而2024财政年度的净亏损约为400万港元。
预期收益减少及净亏损增加主要归因于本公司2025年中期报告所披露的类似因素，即：美国关税的影响，导致对本集团货物转运服务需求大幅下降;及行业竞争白热化，对定价构成巨大压力，并压缩了客户可接受的加价水平，而本集团现有的航空公司合约的固定价格条款更令情况雪上加霜，迫使本集团为避免罚款及维持其业务而亏本销售。随着该等航空合约于2025年下半年届满且不获续约，本集团的毛损预计将由截至2025年6月30日止六个月的约1170万港元，降至2025财政年度的约20万港元(2024财政年度：总盈利约4000万港元)。此外，如上所述，相较于2025年上半年取得的净亏损约3570万港元，2025年下半年预测净亏损的增幅幅度已有所减缓。
