AES (AES) said Friday it has rescheduled its Q4 and full year 2025 earnings call to March 3 at 10 am ET.
The call had been scheduled for Friday.
The company said it plans to file its annual 10-K report with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on March 2.
Shares of AES were up 4.2% in early Friday trading following media reports of advanced talks for the potential acquisition of AES.
