智通财经APP讯，大中华金融(00431)公布，于2026年2月27日，该公司拟向妥光雄先生出售和锋有限公司全部已发行股本，代价为1.00港元。
据悉，出售公司透过其多间于英属处女群岛及香港注册成立的直接及间接全资附属公司(其主要业务为投资控股)持有九间于中国成立的附属公司的全部股权。该等于中国成立的附属公司主要于中国北京从事提供财务担保、贷款融资、小额贷款、贷款转介及咨询服务，且于北京持有融资担保业务许可证及贷款融资业务许可证。然而，由于出售集团的业务受到中国经济及营商环境的不利影响，其于北京的贷款融资业务已完全停止，出售集团自2024年起一直暂无营业。
董事会认为，建议出售事项有助于减轻出售集团对集团造成的财务负担。鉴于出售集团连续多年录得亏损并处于净负债状态，董事会认为，建议出售事项将释放集团塬本需投放于出售集团的流动资金，从而使资源能够更有效率地分配至本集团其余业务，即烟草香精业务。
