智通财经APP讯，珍酒李渡(06979)发布公告，集团预期将取得截至2025年12月31日止年度的收入约35.5亿元(人民币，下同)至37.0亿元，相较截至2024年12月31日止年度的收入约70.7亿元，同比减少47.7%至49.8%。
预期将取得截至2025年12月31日止年度的本公司权益股东应占利润约5.2亿元至5.8亿元，相较截至2024年12月31日止年度的本公司权益股东应占利润约13.2亿元，同比减少56.1%至60.6%;及截至2025年12月31日止年度的经调整净利润(非国际财务报告准则计量)附注约5.2亿元至5.8亿元，相较截至2024年12月31日止年度的经调整净利润(非国际财务报告准则计量)约16.8亿元，同比减少65.5%至69.0%。
上述减少主要是由于市场需求减弱导致白酒消费，特别是在商务及社交宴请以及送礼场合的消费有所下降。该减少部分亦由于2025年下半年本公司采取举措进一步减少渠道库存所致。
