智通财经APP获悉，2月27日，香港商务及经济发展局局长丘应桦在预算案相关措施记者会表示，香港政府致力优化各项措施，支援中小企不断创新求变，提升竞争力，抓紧机遇，开拓更多新市场，当局正筹备包括向“BUD专项基金”注资2亿港元等新措施的执行细节，预计今年第2季推出。
丘应桦称，随着推进高水平双向开放，内地企业更积极开拓海外市场，会在香港和内地不同省市举办推广活动，并会设立跨界别专业服务平台，法律、会计、财务、检测和认证和市场推广等香港专业服务提供者，支持内地出海企业。政府亦会筹划外访考察团，带领内地出海企业了解海外市场。
丘应桦表示，会加强发挥香港在共建“一带一路”关键节点的角色，联同业界深耕东盟、中东市场，探索中亚、南亚和北非市场的潜力，缔结更多自贸协定和投资协定，政府已经分别与卡塔尔、孟加拉和秘鲁完成投资协定谈判，正与沙特和埃及探讨新的投资协定。
