骏利亨德森投资:香港住宅物业市场2025年已进入复苏阶段 对地产板块保持正面看法

财富效应无疑是推动投资者对楼市重燃兴趣的重要催化剂。香港股市强劲升幅正流入房地产市场。人才计划带来新居民,推高租金至历史新高。减息令按揭利率下降,令置业比租楼更具吸引力。住宅市场已出现反弹,二手楼价自2025年第二季低位回升约一成。
