Insignia Financial (ASX:IFL) said the scheme booklet providing shareholders with information about the company's proposed acquisition of the company by CC Capital Partners, via a scheme of arrangement, is registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The booklet is expected to be dispatched to shareholders by March 4, the filing said.
