Kingsmen Creatives (SGX:5MZ) subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects, received a letter from Yap GRC Construction, in connection with a winding up petition filed by Yap GRC in the High Court of Malaya, Malaysia, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The petition is fixed for hearing on May 11 and is linked with a sum of 86,107 ringgit sought by Yap for work done on a project.
The company is currently seeking legal advice over the matter.
