2月27日，中国光大水务（01857）发布截至2025年12月31日止年度的全年业绩公告。公告显示，公司的收入为53.55亿港元，较2024财年减少22%。除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前盈利为19.35亿港元，较去年同期减少12%；除税前盈利为12.14亿港元，较去年同期减少16%；本公司权益持有人应占盈利为8.42亿港元，较去年同期减少17%。此外，末期股息为每股普通股4.22港分，2025财年股息总额为每股普通股10.31港分。
在业务分部方面，公司专注于水环境治理业务，2025财年来自中国内地的收入为53.34亿港元，德国产生的收入为2096万港元。整体毛利率为44%，较2024财年提升6个百分点，主要因建造服务收入占比下降，提升了整体毛利率。
