ChainCatcher 消息，日本金融集团 SBI Holdings 与 Startale Group 宣布推出日元稳定币 JPYSC，定位机构及跨境支付场景使用。
该稳定币由 SBI Shinsei Trust Bank 负责发行与信托管理，符合日本数字资产监管框架，SBI 旗下交易平台 SBI VC Trade 将作为主要分发渠道，Startale 负责技术开发。双方表示，信托银行支持模式有助于提升治理与合规保障，推动日元在数字金融体系中的应用，并为当前以美元稳定币为主导的市场提供合规替代方案。项目预计在获得监管批准后于今年第二季度上线。近年来，日本持续推进稳定币制度建设。2022 年修订《支付服务法》将法币锚定稳定币定义为“电子支付工具”；去年 10 月，日本批准 JPYC 发行日元稳定币。三大银行 MUFG、SMBC 与 Mizuho 亦已开展稳定币及代币化存款试点。
