智通财经APP获悉，专注于钨矿、在美国内华达州拥有项目的勘探阶段矿业公司Guardian Metal Resources周四向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交申请，计划通过首次公开募股(IPO)筹集至多5000万美元。该公司计划在纽约证券交易所旗下中小板市场上市，股票代码为“GMTL”。
Guardian Metal Resources成立于2021年。该公司是一家勘探阶段的矿业公司，专注于内华达州的钨矿及其他矿产。其主要项目是Pilot Mountain和Tempiute钨矿资产，两者均位于历史上曾有第三方生产的矿区。除钨矿外，公司还持有处于早期阶段的铜、金、银和锂矿勘探资产。目前的业务活动包括为支持Pilot Mountain项目的可行性研究而进行的工程工作，以及在Tempiute项目进行的持续勘探和资源定义钻探。
