新浪科技讯 2月28日下午消息，近日，有用户在小红书等社交平台爆料称，腾讯旗下天美工作室计划裁员数百人，或与《山海寻灵》项目组有关。
对上述消息，接近天美人士向新浪科技表示，该消息并不属实。原天美J6团队负责的某个项目确有调整，但涉及的人数并非数百人，而是100余人。另外，被波及的员工拥有2个月的缓冲期，且内部正在积极推动活水转岗。如果员工在2个月后选择离开，也可以获得N+1的补偿。
据接近人士称，目前仅天美就有500多个空缺岗位，绝大部分员工都有机会被内部消化，“几个大项目都在积极看人，有的项目甚至想连模块组整个端走。”而这支团队之所以面临调整，是因为其负责研发的捉宠玩法《山海寻灵》成绩不及预期。该项目上线于1月30日，但遗憾未能在竞争异常激烈的春节档突围。
