Bund Center Investment's Profit Declines 28% in H2 2025; Shares Surge 12%

Bund Center Investment (SGX:BTE) attributable profit to owners fell 28% in the second half of 2025 to SG$4.8 million from SG$6.7 million a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the commercial and retail properties owner and manager surged nearly 12% in Wednesday trading.
Revenue dropped 1.4% year over year to SG$41.5 million from SG$42.1 million.
The company declared a special final dividend of SG$0.068 per share for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2025, and an interim dividend of SG$0.036 per share, up from an interim dividend of SG$0.014 a year earlier.
The dividend will be paid on May 22.
