ChainCatcher 消息，据 Kommersant 报道，俄罗斯总统 Vladimir Putin 签署了一项新法律，赋予俄罗斯法院在刑事调查中没收加密货币的新权力。
该法律将修改俄罗斯刑法，将加密货币认定为一种无形财产形式。俄罗斯司法部副部长 Elena Ardabyeva 表示，该法律将现有的数字资产没收协议正式纳入法律框架，并为与国外加密货币交易所合作提供法律途径。法律规定，警方或检察官提出没收加密货币的请求必须包含代币类型、数量及钱包地址等详细信息。专家表示，克里姆林宫可能会在今年开始阻止公民访问海外加密货币交易所。
