黄伟：AI 的三大要素是算法、算力、数据，算法方面，不管是中国华人还是在美国的华人团队，能力端没有太大差别，中美基本持平或非常接近；算力上我们必须承认美国有相对优势，但这个优势只是速度快慢的问题，并非美国有而我们没有；数据则是中国在中美 AI 竞争中一个相对明确的优势。现在关键就看我们能否在 AI2.0 时代真正下沉，把数据的竞争优势发挥出来。只要同行能做好模型，同时将模型以合适的产品方式落地到行业，中国 AI 的竞争前景我个人是非常乐观的。
