一位直接了解谈判进展的银行业人士称，上周出席白宫会议的银行业代表（来自 ABABankers、ICBA 及 Bank Policy Institute）对相关表述感到困惑，并不认同匿名人士的观点，且已向白宫方面反馈相关情况。
该人士还表示，谈判双方仍在就法案文本持续沟通，3 月 1 日的时间节点并非决定性截止日期。
