智通财经APP获悉，氢能股全线走高，截至发稿，亿华通(02402)涨6.89%，报25.76港元；重塑能源(02570)涨5.24%，报51.4港元；京城机电股份(00187)涨4.8%，报4.8港元；中集安瑞科(03899)涨2.66%，报12.75港元。
消息面上，云南省近日发布《云南省促进绿色电力消纳的若干措施》。其中提出对符合条件的绿氢项目，给予最高13元/kg的补贴，同时政策还提出引导地方围绕炼化、化工降碳需求，布局绿色氢氨醇SAF等一体化项目。此外，全国人大代表、亿华通董事长张国强建议开展氢能高速示范，推动燃料电池汽车规模化发展。
中信证券发布研报称，认为该补贴力度空前，将显著改善当地绿氢及绿色燃料项目的盈利能力。同时提升市场对全国性氢能支持政策的预期。建议关注绿氢氨醇项目投资运营商以及电解槽生产商。申万宏源也表示，考虑绿氢成本为绿色甲醇主要原料成本，此次绿氢补贴有望明显提升氢氨醇项目经济性，加速产业发展。
