乃主要由于2025财年的收益与毛利率下降，主要原因为美国关税环境高度波动且日益严苛导致对美国市场的销售减少，以及高利润率的产品销售下降;确认2025财年按公平值计入损益的金融资产已变现及未变现公平值亏损净额约280万港元，而2024财年则为按公平值计入损益的金融资产已变现及未变现公平值收益净额约220万港元;及行政开支增加约300万港元，乃主要由于集团加强多元化供应链网络及推进业务发展措施所致。
