快科技3月4日消息，近日，大量消费者向黑猫投诉反映，苹果官方旗舰店花13999元买的iPhone17，正常使用仅一个月，机身外壳就出现严重褪色—— 橙色机身大面积掉成粉色，铝合金表面的橙色涂层几乎完全消失。
有消费者称，向苹果官方反映后，对方拒绝了保修申请，表示褪色问题不在保修范围内，建议搭配手机壳使用。
自iPhone17发售以来，社交媒体上关于其“褪色”的讨论层出不穷，不少网友质疑iPhone17存在工艺缺陷。
此前苹果客服曾表示，正常使用情况下手机颜色不会发生变化，未受高温、化学试剂等外部因素影响时不会掉色。
对此，苹果官方客服工作人员最新回应表示：掉色问题需由售后判定，具体处理方案以到店检测结果为准。
消费者可前往苹果直营店，由专业技术人员检测，若确认在质保期内、非人为损坏且属于产品本身问题，将按质保政策处理。
